These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your relationship with www.nabinoi.com website (the “Service”) operated by Nabinoi Wellness (Pty) Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. 

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. 

Purchases  

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. 

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any creditcard(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that(ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. 

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide theinformation to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases. 

Orders 

Orders placed by you is subject to e-mail confirmation by Nabinoi Wellness (Pty) Ltd, before it is deemed to have been accepted.

Please note that the Products displayed on the Website may from time to time be out-of-stock, or they may have been discontinued, or out of stock. 

CBD products are not sold to persons under the age of 18 years, and Nabinoi (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to refuse any order its sole discretion.  

Prices, Payment and VAT

All Product prices, shipping charges (“Shipping Costs”) and other costs are stated in South African Rand (ZAR), and are inclusive of value added tax (“VAT”). 

Prices and charges may change without notice from time to time. 

You shall be required to make payment in respect of any order you wish to place, including shipping costs, as the final step in the order process, at the payment page, following check-out (“the Payment Page”). 

No order shall be deemed to have been placed by you until such time as payment for the order has been made and reflected in Nabinoi Wellness (PTY) Ltd Bank Account.  

Content  

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. 

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

 You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the South Africa and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Nabinoi Wellness (Pty) Ltd

 Termination  

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. 

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. 

Governing Law 

 These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
